政府不斷「加碼」加班費，引發商總高度不滿，商總理事長賴正鎰昨天表示，目前政府所提出的勞基法修正草案二點○版，對服務業衝擊相當大，如果政府強行要通過該版本，不遵守當初勞、資、官三方的共識，將號召商總旗下公會上街頭抗議。

眼看未來的加班費恐大幅墊高，商總昨緊急開記者會，賴正鎰說，舊政府、新政府時代，透過勞、資與官三方協商取得共識，也就是取消七天國定假日、彈性工時增加至五十四小時以及加班費用增加二倍。不過，近日來產生很大變化，賴正鎰說，勞動部新版的加班費計算，「加班一小時，就要付四小時費用」，這相當不合理。

商總副理事長許舒博更抨擊，宣稱代表勞工心聲的勞團組織部分民眾，「可能根本就沒有就業」，怎能說代表全國勞工的意見？其實絕大多數勞工是安分守己，並與資方和平相處，如今，卻製造出一種氛圍，似乎全台灣勞工與資方都問題重重，嚴重對立。

旅館商業同業公會全國聯合會理事長徐銀樹表示，政府說旅館業是亮點產業、幸福產業，但是政府卻沒有給好的發展環境，旅館業是廿四小時、三六五天全年無休的行業，如果大幅增加休息日的加班費，旅館業還能生存嗎？
